I had recently gotten into an accident and it was my brothers car but he was visiting family in the east coast so I had it for an extra week. The body work I had to have repaired wasn’t done by these guys but they actually went to the place where my car was being worked on to change the windshield there. They cooperated with the auto body shop and with me to figure out when I would be available to pay. Once the car was done at the shop everything looked great! These guys have awesome service. These guys did a very good job. I really like their mobile service, and I enjoyed the company of their tech. Whenever I deal with techs from a business I always don’t care for em and want them to hurry up and get off my property, but Darren was hilarious. It’s not often you meet a tech with personality. I live out in Camas Washington and you would think that it’s quite a distance from Portland but luckily I live right off of 14 so it’s all just highway. They were about 2 hours late from the time they originally said they would be at my house. However; as soon as I shook the guys hand he apologized for being late and said “traffic was ridiculous on 14.” Which is understandable because it was about 3pm when I called them and they said they’d be at my house by 4. 14 always has traffic though so I believe them. Yeah, it was nearly 6! But, the fact the installer was really nice and considerate made me not be bitter at all about it. After the job was done, I paid him and he left. He did a really good job on the windshield and I couldn’t be happier with how quickly he finished it. JUST CALL IF YOU WILL BE LATE!! That’s all, thanks again! Charlotte Hennig, Camas Washington
